现阶段我国建筑工程施工成本管理试分析

摘要

This paper first analyzes the content of China's bu-ilding construction cost at the present stage, to do a detailed a-nalysis and discussion on its specific composition and the cha-racteristics. Then it in-depth studies on the basic method of co-nstruction cost control of construction in china. Final y, the au-thor unifies own many years of work experience, puts forward the improved suggestions to improve China's construction cost control measures.%　　本文首先分析了现阶段我国建筑工程施工成本的内涵，对其的具体构成和特点做了详细的分析和论述。接着又深入研究了当前我国进行建筑施工成本控制的基本方法。最后，笔者结合自身多年工作研究经验，对完善我国建筑施工成本控制措施提出了改良性的建议。
