新生儿重症监护室设计浅析--美国设计趋势及对中国的借鉴意义

摘要

This article makes an introduction on the concept, design mode, and the latest design trend of neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) in America and discusses its reference for the hospital design in China. First, it makes a review on the latest trend of NICU in America by some documents, including emphasizing and accommodating family-centered care, using single rooms instead of open bay areas, and optimizing the acoustic and lighting environment. Then, a comparative study is made for the NICU design guidelines in the two countries. Specific recommendations are provided with regards to future NICU design in China.%　　本文旨在介绍美国新生儿重症监护室的概念和设计模式，并探讨其最新设计趋势对中国医院设计的借鉴意义。首先通过文献分析解读美国相关的最新趋势，包括强调家庭需求、采用单人病房、控制声光环境等，并总结这些设计策略对医护效果的影响；随后对中美相关设计规范和导则进行系统比较，结合美国优秀设计案例探讨这些设计趋势对中国医院设计的借鉴意义。
