走可持续发展之路，是未来中国自身发展的需要和必然选择。随着人们生活水平的提高，对生态优先的住宅环境追求已成为新的风尚。以下，通过对南桥新城规划区的住宅项目的分析和借鉴，以此树立生态住宅的规划理念。%Taking the road of sustainable development is the needs and inevitable choice for China's future own develop-ment. With the improvement of people's living standards, the residential environment in pursuit of ecological priority has become a new trend. In this article, the author analyzes and references for the residential projects of south bridge town planning area, in order to establish the concept of ecological residential planning.
