大底盘多塔楼大型项目前期施工策划

摘要

Construction planning is an ef ective means of pr-oject construction management. In this paper, Taking the large project our company charges as an example, introduces the site layout and the ideas and contents of the p-construction, constr-uction planning of the project, putting forward the“basin”con-struction method, solving the problem of temporary site constr-uction of roads and material processing field, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and shorten the construction period.%施工策划是项目施工组织管理的有效手段。本文以我司在施工大型项目为例，介绍了该项目施工现场平面布置、施工部署的前期策划思路及内容，提出了“盆式”施工方法，解决了现场临时施工道路和材料加工场地的问题，从而达到了缩短工期、降低成本目的。
