The fail management of fire equipment operation is the main cause for the overal not ideal running situation of fire fighting equipment. This paper described the importance of the management of fire fighting equipment operation, analyzed the existing problems in the management of the fire fighting equi- pment operation, and put forward some countermeasures impr- oving the management level of fire fighting equipment oper- ation, which can be used for reference.%消防设备运行管理不力是导致消防设备的总体运行情况不理想的主要原因。本文简述了消防设备运行管理的重要性，分析了当前消防设备运行管理中存在的问题，并提出了提升消防设备运行管理水平的相关对策，以供同行借鉴。
