高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理研究

摘要

High-rise buildings can maximize develop the land resources, but due to the high of layer number, complex pr-ocess, and long construction period with high investment fa-ctors, which makes the high-rise building project more risk than other engineering projects. Therefore, the safety risk pro-blems of high-rise building construction have become the mutual concern of relevant units and even the whole society and important subject.%高层建筑可将土地资源最大化开发，但由于高层建筑的层数高、工序复杂、施工期长、投入高等因素，使得高层建筑工程较其他工程项目来说有着更多的风险。因此，高层建筑施工中的安全风险问题已成为有关单位乃至全社会共同关注的重要课题。
