The quality of project completion settlement has important influence on the project cost, so it is very important to improve the audit quality of construction project completion set lement. This article describes the basic steps of the project completion stage audit as well as the existing problems in the project completion set lement audit, and put forward the met-hods to improve the quality of project completion audit.%工程竣工结算的质量对工程造价有着重要的影响，因此提高建筑工程竣工结算的审核质量十分重要。本文叙述了工程竣工阶段审核的基本步骤以及工程竣工结算审核中存在的问题，提出了提高工程竣工审核质量的方法。
