基于过程控制的别墅项目开发管理研究

面对不断升级的激烈竞争，如何成功运作别墅项目，是房地产开发商面临的重要问题。本文以过程控制数学模型为基础，以苏州东山某知名别墅开发过程为例。通过对别墅项目定位及实施过程控制的分析与研究，为别墅项目的开发及成功运作提供了参考。%With the escalation of fierce competition, how to successful y run villa projects are important issues that the real estate developers are facing. In this article, the author bases on the process control mathematical model, takes a well-known villa development process of Dongshan in Suzhou as an exam-ple, analyzes and explores the location of villa project and the implementation of process control to provide reference for the villa project development and the successful operation.
