工程施工项目管理实践的几点思考

In recent years, with the constantly appear and upd-ate of engineering construction project management methods and theories, the management not only embodies in ensuring the engineering quality, safety, and schedule, but also reflects on the project cost of investment, and how to realize the dema-nd of efficient management is more and more prominent. This article carries on the analysis of the engineering construction project management, and puts forward some considerations on project management.%近年来，随着工程施工项目管理方法、理论的不断出现及更新，其管理不仅仅体现在保障工程质量、安全、进度上，还体现在工程成本投资上，如何实现高效管理的需求越来越突出。本文主要就工程施工项目管理进行了浅要的分析，并对项目管理方面提出了几点思考。
