基于施工图预算的工程造价管理

摘要

众所周知，工程造价控制得当与否，直接关系到工程项目能否顺利开展，决定施工企业能否获得最大化的经济效益和社会效益。本文先分析了施工图预算的作用，接着提出了如何根据施工图预算管理工程造价。%As everyone knows, the project cost control prope-rly or not, directly related to the project can be carried out sm-oothly, and the construction enterprise can obtain the maxim-um economic benefit and social benefit. This paper first anal-yzes the function of construction drawing budget, then puts fo-rward how to management project cost according to the cons-truction drawing budget.
