广州与佛山跨市城市轨道交通的建设与运营模式研究

         

摘要

Restricted by many factors like planning compilation, financial fund, investment entities, implementation &management bodies, development policy, construction sequence, laws and regulations, etc., the construction and operation of cross-city rail transit is very complex. The construction of Guangzhou-Foshan cross-city rail transit is started from the existing Guangzhou-Foshan Railway, this large-scale construction and operation of trans-administration railway is the first case in China. In this paper, the development situation of this line is introduced, in accordance with station cohesion and line linking up, the construction mode, operation mode, coordination mechanism and the safeguarding measures are elaborated in detail.%受规划编制、财政资金、投资主体、实施和管理主体、发展政策、建设时序、法律法规等影响,跨市轨道交通的建设和运营关系复杂.广州与佛山跨市轨道交通建设从广佛线开始,现已建及在建线路有3条.这种大规模的跨行政区轨道交通建设和运营,在我国尚属首例.介绍了广州与佛山跨市轨道交通的发展现状.按站点衔接与贯通衔接,详细论述了跨市轨道交通线路的建设模式及运营模式,并阐述了建设运营的协调机制和保障措施.
