基于国内生产总值的城市轨道交通项目节约时间效益计算

摘要

旅行时间节约的效益是新建交通项目最为显著的社会效益.为了更准确地衡量城市轨道交通项目的节约时间效益,基于国内生产总值的内涵和测算方法,对目前城市轨道交通项目经济评价中几种常见的单位时间价值取值进行剖析；提出采用生产法确定单位时间价值,作为项目节约时间效益的计算基础；希望能为今后城市轨道交通项目的经济评价提供参考.%The benefit of travel time saving is the main benefit gained from transport construction projects. To measure the benefit accurately, this paper analyzes the average value of travel time saving for the economic evaluation of urban rail transit,through quantification and surveying methods of gross domestic product, then proposes the appropriate method of manufacturing for the time saving benefit of urban rail transit, in the hope of facilitating the perfection of economic evaluation theory for urban rail transit project.
