新型与传统型交通信号点灯系统的对比研究

     

摘要

在轨道交通领域,传统使用的白炽灯色灯信号机,可靠性差、寿命短、易断丝、功效低,而采用新型智能点灯系统、使用LED灯组可很好地克服这些缺点.介绍了一种新型信号点灯系统研制过程的各个阶段,并从工艺流程、系统结构和性能三个方面对新旧铁路信号点灯系统进行比较.通过对比研究,表明新型信号点灯系统完全适合铁路和轨道交通原报警电缆线的技术要求,实现用原报警远距离智能定位报警,既节约了器材,又保证了轨道交通成熟电缆通信器材的应用,确保了报警的准确.%In the field of rail transit, the old incandescent color signal devices are known for poor reliability, short life-cycle, fragile wire and low efficiency, while the new type intelligent LED lighting system can solve these problems quite well. In this paper,various stages of the development process of new type signal lighting system are elaborated. A comparison between the new types and traditional type system is done from three aspects: technology process, system structure and product performance. This research shows that the new system has outstanding advantage' and technological innovation features.
