城市轨道交通建设可持续发展的创新性探索——深圳轨道交通6号线物业综合开发利用模式研究

围绕轨道交通建设可持续发展理念及深圳轨道交通6号线前期综合研究案例,剖析了国内轨道交通建设及政策法规体系的现状,解析了TOD(交通引导城市发展)模式.针对国内轨道交通建设的发展现状,借鉴“地铁+物业”综合发展模式成功案例的经验,在深圳轨道交通6号线的建设实践中,提出了既具有可操作性又能保证轨道交通建设可持续发展的思路和工作方法,既遵循了当前的政策、法规和建设管理规范,又在探索技术整合和规划优化等多方面进行了创新.%The focus of this paper is on the sustainable development of urban rail transit construction based on a comprehensive study of the early stage in Shenzhen metro Line 6. Through an analysis of rail transit and TOD mode in the world, and referring to the successful cases and the current situation of urban rail transit construction, some practical, sustainable development ideas and working methods are put forward, which will not only abide by the national policies and regulations on construction management, but also explore various innovations on the integration of technology and optimum planning. These ideas and working methods are to be verified by the practice in the future.
