地铁车站自动排水控制系统设计与监控

             

摘要

Automatic subway station drainage control system is designed with PLC, the corresponding A/D functional module and pressure transmitter, and a real-time monitor interface is designed in the upper computer. The automatic pump drainage control with intricate full water situation and automatic rotation work of wet-pit pumps are realized commendably. The system design is proved to be effective, its control functions are fully played, the operation is stable and reliable with quick response, the monitor interface is also clear. Therefore, this design has a high value of the practical engineering application and reference.%应用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)及其相应的A/D特殊功能模块和压力变送器设计了地铁车站自动排水控制系统,并利用组态软件在上位机中设计了实时监控画面.经测试,该系统很好地实现了各集水池不同满水情况下的先满先抽自动排水控制和排水泵自动轮换顺序工作控制,运行稳定可靠,响应实时快速,监控清晰明了,可供实际工程应用和参考.
