大比例尺土地利用现状一体化调查技术研究——以深圳市第二次土地调查为例

摘要

This mathematical analysed the requirement,method and process of land survey basing on large scale digital data sources,mentioned the way of implementing rural land survey and urban cadastral survey at the same time in the economically developed cities,researched the procedures of building and transforming database which full of land type data and cadastral data on the basis of second land survey in Shenzhen.%以深圳市第二次土地调查的组织与实施为例,对采用大比例尺数字化成果为基础进行土地利用现状调查的技术思路、工艺流程、核心技术、调查方法、数据建库等进行了系统的分析和研究,提出了在经济较发达的大中城市同步开展农村土地调查和城镇土地调查的一体化技术思路及方法,对建立以细化地类和地籍数据为基础的多用途数据库及其与国家要求的数据库成果的自动转化进行了积极的探索。
