城市三维建模项目监理的实践与思考

摘要

In recent years,we are paying close attention to 3D city construction,and supervision work has become an indispensable part of the project.Supervision units need to control the quality,progress,investment scale,and to be the coordinators and management in project .This paper summarizes some experience and lessons of Changzhou Surveying and Mapping Institute in 3D city construction,puts forward some suggestions ,for reference.%近几年，城市三维建模项目如火如荼，监理工作已日渐成为项目中不可缺少的一部分。监理单位既要控制工程质量、进度、投资规模，又要作为工程建设中最主要的协调者和管理着，协调好甲乙双方之间的关系，以确保工程建设预定的质量、投资、进度目标的实现。本文总结常州市测绘院在沈阳市城市三维建模项目监理工作中的一些经验和教训，提出一些城市三维建模项目监理工程的建议，以供同行借鉴。
