动态快速监测城市发展变化，及时了解城市发展动向，对城市规划、土地资源管理和政策决策具有重要的意义，本文提出了一条基于国情普查数据进行城市变化监测的思路，其主要思想是以国情普查数据为基础，对数据指标进行深化、细化和综合，形成新的数据指标，利用新数据指标对城市发展变化中表现较为突出的建设用地、城市交通、城市建筑物和城市绿地进行监测，应用于城市规划建设、国土资源管理工作中，从而实现对城市发展变化监测的目的。%It is important for urban planning ,land resource management and policy decision to monitor the urban ’ changing ,growth and development trend rapidly and dynamically .This paper introduced a new idea abouturban ’ chan-ging and growthmonitoring based on the data of Geographic Information general investigation ,that is to form a group of new index by deepening ,refining and synthesizing the geographic information general investigation index and to monitor the urban’s changing,growth through monitoring the the change and growth of urban ’s constructive land,traffic,building and green area using the new index mentioned above .
