高压风洗刷充填管路装置在昌邑矿业的实际运用

         

摘要

充填采矿法是一种能适应于各种复杂多变的矿体赋存条件,最大限度地提高矿体回收率和降低采矿贫化率,有效控制地压活动和确保采矿生产安全,保护地表不遭破坏和维持既有的生态环境的采矿法。但充填采矿法存在采矿强度低、劳动强度大、充填接顶效果差的问题。本文首先分析了制约充填接顶率的主要几个问题,然后针对如何减少充填管路引路水和洗管水进采场的问题,来确保充填接顶,提出了解决方案。%fil ing mining method is a can adapt to various complicated orebody occurrence conditions, to maximize the recovery rate and reduce the mining dilution rate, effective control of ground pressure activities and ensure that the mining production safety, mining damage and maintain the existing ecological environment was not the protection of surface. There exists in the mining of low strength, high labor intensity, roof contacted fil ing effect is poor but fil ing mining method. The main questions in the first analysis of the constraints of roof contacted fil ing rate, and then discusses how to reduce the fil ing pipe leading water and washing water in mining field problems, to ensure that the roof contacted fil ing, proposed solutions.
