用四层瓦楞纸替代包装行业产量最大的五层瓦楞纸板,可降低生产成本,节约资源.针对四层瓦楞纸制板机机械结构的特点 ,设计了新型控制系统.介绍了控制系统采用的红外激光测厚方法,给出对瓦楞纸的成型精度进行调节模糊控制算法,MATLAB仿真结果表明,设计的控制系统能够满足四层瓦楞纸生产的需要.%This paper is designed a control system for the new style of four-sheet corrugated paper. Mechanical structure of corrugated paper machine is described in detail in the article , controling strategy for the thickness of the infrared laser, adjusted shaping precision of the corrugated paper by using fuzzy control algorithm, In the end , MATLAB simulation are used to test and conclusion are given.
