在大中型生产厂的新建及改造工程中，电气安装是必不可少的部分，而电气盘柜安装工作则是电气安装工程中的一项重要内容。由于盘柜属于大件设备，成本非常高，其体积及质量都比较大，而且目前许多生产企业都选用国外进口的盘柜系统，其特点是玻璃面板居多，这类盘柜在安装过程中需要严加保护，一不小心就容易损坏面板或者里面的电气元件，一旦损坏，修复及更换工作非常麻烦，而且可能会延误工期，从而增加了盘柜移动运输及安装作业的难度。因此，本文主要介绍一种创新工机具和新技术——电气盘柜移动运输安装架。%In new and renovation project of large and medium-sized factories, electrical instal ation is an essential part of the electrical tray ark instal ation work is an important content of electrical instal ation project. Because plate ark are large equipment, the cost is very high, the size and quality are great, but now many of the manufacturing enterprises are al imported from abroad plate of tank system, its characteristic is the glass panel, this kind of tray ark need to tighten protection during the instal ation process and carelessly would be easy to damage the inside of the panel or electrical components, once damaged, repair and replacement work is very troublesome, and may delay the construction period, which increases the difficulty of disk ark mobile transportation and instal ation operation. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces a kind of independent innovation machine and new technology, electrical plate ark mobile transport instal ation frame.
