基于除氧器入口疏水流量的给水流量矩阵计算模型

         

摘要

As one of the important parameters for calculating heat consumption rate of the steam turbine as well as other performance index, the feedwater flow is iterated and calculated generally with the deaerator entrance condensate flow for the datum flow. On the basis of the conventional heat balance, the feedwater flow matrix calculation model is constructed based on the deaerator inlet drain flow, which is suitable for the reference of the feed water flow calculation accuracy evaluation. The model is strongly versatile and easy to program. Through the real calculation of the unit, the validity of the models is proved.%给水流量是计算汽轮机热耗率等性能指标的重要参数之一,一般以除氧器入口凝结水流量为基准流量,迭代计算而得.在常规热平衡的基础上,构建了基于除氧器入口疏水流量的给水流量矩阵计算模型,可用于对给水流量计算值准确度进行评估的参考依据.模型具有通用性较强和易于程序化的特点,通过对实际机组的计算,证明了模型的有效性.
