超导量子干涉器在汽轮机钛合金叶片检测中的应用

         

摘要

Titanium alloy materials become new structure materiahave because of its strong corrosion resistance, high strength, comprehensive performance and high specifictenacity, and they are also widely used as raw materials in the process of steam turbine blade making,but the unnecessary metal impurity in titanium alloy materials will be the key parts of the crack source. So the material from the start of production,equipment manufacturing and maintenance we should have a test. There are some shortcomings in routine checks about small defects which will lead to some misjudgments and leaks. So,a requirement of looking for a more precise and higher sensitivity testing method is very urgent. Superconducting quantum interference device in weak magnetic field testing is very sensitive, its application in turbine blade manufacture process in testing study is very necessary.%随着汽轮机发电容量的增加,对汽轮机叶片的性能要求也不断提高,传统的常规材料已经无法胜任.钛合金材料拥有抗腐蚀能力强、比强度高和综合性能强等优势而成为新型的结构材料,因此在汽轮机叶片中的也得到了广泛应用,但混入不合适的金属杂质将成为关键部位的裂纹源.因此从材料的生产开始,直至设备制造、保养的每个环节都有必要进行检测.常规的检测存在着不足之处,对小缺陷发生误判和漏检.因此,寻找一种更为精密和更高灵敏度的检测方法是十分迫切的.而超导量子干涉器对于弱磁场的检测十分灵敏,对其应用于汽轮机叶片制作过程中的检测进行研究是很有必要的.
