液体压力管道缝隙泄漏流场数值模拟

     

摘要

Based on numerical simulation technology,the physical and mathematical models of a cracked heat transfer piping were established,through which pre-pressurized water flows.The rules of leakage rate,leakage and stagnation pressure have been defined by analysising the simulated data of crack leakage and inner flow field of a cracked pressure pipe in three different inlet pressures.It has shown that the leakage rate change trends like wave along the flow direction of leakage surface;the leakage and leakage rate increase with the inlet pressure increased;while the stagnation pressure is about two times of the inlet pressure.The results of this study have offered the significant reference to develop new pipeline leak detection technology.%基于数值模拟技术,建立了液体压力管道狭缝泄漏的物理模型和数学模型,并以一根内部流过压力水的换热管道缝隙泄漏问题为研究对象,模拟了换热器换热管在3个不同入口压力条件下的管内和管道缝隙处流体的流动情况。经过对模拟数据的分析研究,找到了不同压力入口条件下泄漏速度、泄漏量和缝隙处滞止压力的变化规律:在泄漏面上沿流动方向泄漏速度呈波浪式变化,随着入口压力的增加泄漏量和泄漏速度均增大,而缝隙处滞止压力约为入口压力的两倍。研究成果为开发新的管道泄漏检测技术提供了依据。
