为了在闭式循环水系统凝汽器清洗过程中兼顾清洗成本、清洗效率以及设备安全性等多方面因素,进而代替传统的凝汽器清洗方法,提出了一种闭式循环水系统凝汽器仿生态自然清洗方法.通过向闭式循环水中投放固体清洗颗粒以模拟开式循环水系统水体中沙粒对于凝汽器换热管束的自然清洗过程,并构建了能够精确反映清洗过程的数学和物理模型,通过数值模拟的手段验证了清洗方案的合理性,研究了颗粒密度和直径对于颗粒在冷却管中的分布均匀性、冲刷强度的影响,优化了颗粒的选型方案.%In order to balance the cleaning efficiency with cleaning cost and security in the cleaning process,a mimic natural ecological condenser cleaning method in closed circulating water system is proposed which can be used to replace the traditional cleaning methods. In this cleaning process,some cleaning particles are added to the closed circulating water to imitate the natural condenser cleaning process made by sands in open circulating water. The accurate mathematical and physical simulation model of the cleaning method is built The simulative results prove the effectiveness of the cleaning method,and it also shows how the particle diameter and density affects particle distribution uniformity and wash intensity. Finally,the particle selection is optimized based on the works above.
