区域热电厂负荷优化分配的研究

         

摘要

According to the heat load,the optimum distribution of the electric load in the region can reduce the consumption of the primary energy. An off-design model of heat supply unit is established,and the model is verified to meet the engineering requirements. Taking the minimum of the standard coal consumption as the objective function,the region's total electricity load is assigned to different heat power plants by the exhaustive method and then the heat and electric load optimal distribution are made by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Taking three heat power plants in the region as an example,according to the heat load,the distribution of electric load in this area is optimized. Taking three kinds of load distribution scheme as an example,the results show that:each unit reduce approximately the average standard coal consumption rate of 0. 58g/(kW·h),0. 46g/(kW·h),0. 67g/(kW·h). Therefore,this method can reduce the coal consumption and has a certain reference value for energy saving of heat supply unit in the region.%根据热负荷,通过区域内电负荷的优化分配,可以降低一次能源的耗量.建立了供热机组变工况模型,并进行了模型验证,满足工程要求.以标准煤耗量最小为目标函数,采用穷举法将区域内总电负荷分配给不同热电厂,再以粒子群优化算法在热电厂内进行厂级热电负荷优化分配.以区域内3座热电厂为例,根据热负荷,对该区域内的电负荷进行了优化分配.以区域内3种负荷分配方案为例,结果表明:平均每台机组减少标准煤耗率约为0.58g/(kW·h)、0.46g/(kW·h)、0.67g/(kW·h).因此,该方法可降低煤耗量,对区域内供热机组节能降耗具有一定的参考价值.
