热泵回收循环水余热的低真空优化分析

             

摘要

以一台200MW联合循环机组为例,对机组进行低真空与热泵耦合供热技术改造节能分析,得导出机组的最佳乏汽背压约为22 kPa;此时经济收益最大,可达1128万元;在最佳乏汽背压时,可使机组热化发电率提高60%.同时,进行抽凝工况、低真空工况、低真空耦合热泵工况3种不同供热方式的热力分析,得出,低真空耦合热泵工况时,总(炯)效率为65.0%,总热效率为90.2%,总(炳)损为205.1×106kJ/h,热力性能最好.%Taking the 200MW combined cycle unit is taken as an example.The low vacuum coupling with heat pump heating technology is analysed.The units's best steam exhaust back pressure is about 22kPa as the maximum economic benefit can be reach to 11.28 million yuan.The unit's thermalization rate can improved 60% when the unit is operated under the best steam exhaust back pressure.Meanwhile the thermal analysis about the heating method of extraction condensing condition,low vacuum condition and low vacuum coupling with heat pump condition are calculated.From the analysis low vacuum coupled heat pump operating conditions's exergy is 65%.Total thermal efficiency is 90.2%.Total exergy loss is 205.1 × 106kJ/h.Low vacuum coupling with heat pump's thermal performance is the best.
