沥青路面超薄磨耗层层间粘结强度试验分析

摘要

结合青银高速公路预防性养护工程，文中研究了超薄磨耗层路面层间粘结性能，明确了超薄磨耗层路面层间粘结强度的最佳试验温度。通过直剪试验、斜剪试验及拉拔试验，系统分析了 SBS 改性沥青用量、碎石用量及试验温度对 SBS 粘结防水层强度的影响。结果表明，SBS 改性沥青洒布量为1．4～1．6 kg／m2、单粒径碎石撒布量为55％时，粘结防水层的力学性能最优。%Inter-layer adhesive of ultra-thin wearing course asphalt is studied based on preventive main-tenance engineering on Qingyin expressway.First the test temperatures are clearly defined.Then shear tests and pull tests are carried out.The influence of asphalt spraying content,gravel spreading amount,test temperatures on inter-layer adhesive strength is also studied.The results show that the interlaminar strength reaching the maximum at the asphalt spraying content of 1.6 kg/m2 and the gravel spreading amount of 55%.
