模拟舰艇冲击运动对不同姿势兔伤情的实验研究

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the injury characteristics of the rabbits on different po-sitions after simulated ship shock motion. Methods Simulate the ship shock motion at different speed to the rabbits in sitting and prone positions, and then analyze the injury characteristics. Re-sults No rabbit died during the experiment.At a velocity of 2.5 m/s and 4.8 m/s,the injury rate of the rabbits was 75%and 87.5%respectively on the prone position,while 25%and 37.5%on the sitting position.In the group of prone position,the lung injury and liver injury were the main injury.However, spine injury and testicle injury were the main injury in the sitting position. There was significant difference in lung injury between the sitting and prone position under the mild and severe shock(P=0.004、P=0.001). Conclusion The injury rate in severe shock was higher than that in the mild shock,while the lung injury was the most frequently occured. There was different in the injury of the prone position and sitting position. However,the injury rate of prone position was higher than that of the sitting position.The different position was important for the prevention and assessment of the injury.%目的 探索模拟舰船冲击运动对不同姿势兔损伤的情况.方法 以不同的冲击速度对坐姿组和卧姿组兔进行冲击,分析坐姿和卧姿状态及不同冲击强度下兔的伤情.结果 实验中无即刻死亡的动物,在2.5 m/s和4.8 m/s的冲击速度下卧姿组损伤率分别为75%和87.5%;坐姿组损伤率分别为25%和37.5%.卧姿冲击时以发生肺、肝冲击伤为主;而坐姿冲击时则以睾丸及脊柱损伤为主.轻度和重度冲击下卧姿与坐姿肺损伤程度分布差异均有统计学意义(P=0.004、P=0.001),其余脏器损伤程度分布差异比较无统计学意义.结论 重度冲击较轻度冲击条件下兔的损伤发生率高,以肺损伤为主;卧姿、坐姿状态下兔发生损伤的伤情不同.总体而言,卧姿状态下比坐姿状态下的损伤率高.了解受伤时不同姿势对预防和判定伤情具有一定指导意义.
