Supply-Side Structural Reform, and Quality and Efficiency of China’s Economic Transition

Since reform and opening up,China’s economy has performed very well with the migration of rural peasants into cities and the contribution of foreign investment.Because of high-speed growth,China has won praises such as“China miracle.”However,there are also risks that could impact the quality and efficiency of China’s further growth.China’s economy is mired in systematic and institutional problems related to structural and cyclical issues.
