Cyclical Sensitivity of Industrial Structure and Revitalization of the Industrial Bases in Northeast China

摘要

The economy in northeast China has been declining in recent years,and there have been different opinions about the reasons for the economic downturn.Fundamentally speaking,the economic volatility in northeast China is the product of its historical cyclical industrial structure and it reflects the problem of the excessively large proportion of cyclical sensitivity industries such as the heavy chemical,equipment manufacturing,and resource and energy industries under the New Normal.
