Projections of the Supply and Demand Performance of China’s Labor Force 2020-2030

At present,China’s economy has entered the high-quality development phase.This shift in the status quo is profoundly changing China’s labor market in two particularly notable ways.First,the acceleration of population aging is reducing the growth rate and scale of the labor supply.Second,China’s long-standing advantage of relying on its cheap labor force is diminishing as the price of labor rises.
