Taking the Significant Advantages of the Basic Economic System to Advance the Modernization of China’s System and Capacity for Governance

The“Decision of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on Major Issues Concerning How to Uphold and Improve the System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Advance the Modernization of China’s System and Capacity for Governance”(hereinafter referred to as the“Decision”),which was reviewed and adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2019,comprehensively answered“what to uphold and consolidate,and what to improve and develop,”an important political issue concerning the state system and governance.
