基于霍尔传感器的车载电动机实时处理系统

         

摘要

提出了一种可处理异常的车载电动机实时测控系统.霍尔传感器信号既作为无刷直流电动机的电子换向控制信号,同时又是发现和处理电机异常的依据.为了进行基于FlexRay网络的实时车内通信,采用了一片MC9S12XF512单片机与2个总线收发器TJA1080A.所使用的异常处理算法是一种可靠的故障检测与处理方法,按照此算法,来自系统的控制命令与电机的异常工况将在特定情形下协调决定电机的工作状态.给出了算法流程图和实验仿真曲线,验证了该算法的可行性.%A special kind of real-time monitoring and control system for in-vehicle electric motor is presented. Signals from the Hall sensors not only act as electronic changing-over control sigal of the brushless DC motor,but also provide the basis for discovering and handling the abnormal behavior of the motor. For real-time in-vehicle communication, which is realized by FlexRay network, it contains a microcontroller MC9S12XF512 and two FlexRay transceivers TJA 1080A. The control command from the system and the abnormal phenomenon of the motor will determine the motor work status in different circumstances according to the abnormality handling algorithm, which is used for fault detection and treatment. The flow chart of this algorithm and the simulation curve is given, the feasibility of this algorithm is verified.
