具有校准功能的医用型电子血压计

         

摘要

针对传统电子血压计不具备压力检定和校准功能的缺点,研制具有校准功能的电子血压计,通过改进血压计的气路结构实现压力的检定和自校准。测量实验中,静压的最大示值误差为2.1 mmHg,血压为120/80的收缩压和舒张压重复性分别为3.00 mmHg和1.716 mmHg,血压为110/75的收缩压和舒张压的重复性分别为3.8 mmHg和1.716 mmHg;校准实验中,校准后的静压最大示值误差为0.7 mmHg,收缩压和舒张压的平均差为1 mmHg和-1 mmHg、标准差为2 mmHg和1.47 mmHg。结果表明:样机满足JJG692—2010《无创自动测量血压计检定规程》的要求,校准后的样机可重新准确测量静压和血压并且准确度得到提高。%In view of shortcomings of traditional electric blood pressure meter that does not has functions of pressure verification and calibration,develop electric blood pressure meter with calibration function which can complete pressure verification and self-calibration by improving gas path structure of blood pressure meter. In experiment,the maximum error of static pressure is 2. 1 mmHg,repeatability of systolic pressure is 3. 0 mmHg, repeatability of diastolic pressure is 1. 716 mmHg when blood pressure is 120/80;repeatability of systolic pressure is 3. 8 mmHg and repeatability of diastolic pressure is 1. 716 mmHg when the blood pressure is 110/75. In calibration experiment,the maximum error of static pressure after calibration is 0. 7 mmHg,mean difference of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are 1mmHg and -1 mmHg,standard deviation of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are 2 mmHg and 1. 47 mmHg. Results show that the prototype meets the requirements of JJG692—2010‘verification regulation of non-invasive blood pressure meter ’,the prototype after calibration can accurately measure static pressure and blood pressure,and the accuracy is improved.
