喷墨打印纸印刷适性预测模型的研究

摘要

The influences of the paper properties on ink-jet printing quality are very complex. In order to predict the printing quality quickly and accurately, it is necessary to establish a mathematical model and a evaluation system, based on which we can estimate the paper used for ink-jet printing is suitable or not. In this paper, five kinds of ink-jet papers with different properties were chosen, and the properties including brightness (X2), gloss (X2), roughness (Xt), air permeability (Xs) and absorbency (X6) were tested; then ink-jet printing trials with the same conditions and ink were carried out and different printing parameters were tested, including solid density(Z)) ,dot-gain(DG) .print con-trast(K)and hue (H). Through combining analysis of each single printing quality parameter with some of the paper properties by using principal component analysis of SPSS, the correlation functions D/DG/K/H(X2,X3 ,X4 ,XS ,X6 ) were achieved. Meanwhile, a integrated function Y (D,DG,K,H) involving the printing quality parameters was established through synthesis data processing of SPSS. This study reveals the influences of paper properties on the printing quality parameters and their corresponding weights, and it also proposes a prediction model of paper printability, which can provide a theory reference for printing work in ink-jet printing.%测试了不同喷墨打印纸的白度(x2)、光泽度(x3)、粗糙度(x4)、透气度(X5)、吸水性(x6)；在相同条件下打印喷墨打印纸,测量各印刷品的质量参数:色密度(D)、印刷网点扩大(DG)、印刷反差(K)、色调误差(H).再利用SPSS主成分分析法,将印刷品每项质量参数与喷墨打印纸性能参数结合分析,可得印刷品单一质量参数与喷墨打印纸性能的相关性函数D/DG/K/H(x2,x3,x4,x5,x6)；同时,对质量参数综合处理后,可得印刷品质量评价的综合模型Y=0.479D -0.491DG +0.527K -0.501H.经验证,该模型不仅可用来分析影响印刷品质量参数的喷墨打印纸性能参数的权重,还可用来判断和预测印刷品的综合质量,可较好地预测喷墨打印纸的印刷适性.
