开关磁阻电机的电感分区式无位置传感器技术

         

摘要

In this paper, a new sensorless control method for switched reluctance motor is proposed to reduce the limit of its application due to additional position sensors. The proposed method is based on the logic relationship of phase inductance which varies regionally with the change of rotor position. The rotor position can be divided into several regions, and the position pulse signal of each phase is obtained by recognizing the position regions. According to the position pulse signals, the estimated rotor position can be calculated and then sensorless operation is achieved. Considering that the different conditions caused by the change of the turn-off angle, the paper analyzed each condition and a unified algorithm is carried out. The proposed method is simple for calculation and no pre-stored magnetic characteristic of SRM is required. Thus this sensorless technology is easy to implement and it performs well on time. Simulation and experimental results have verified the validity of the method.%为减少外加传感器对开关磁阻电机应用领域的限制,本文提出一种开关磁阻电机无位置传感器技术的新方法。该方法利用各相电感之间大小逻辑关系随转子位置不同而区域性变化的特点,将转子位置分成不同区间并加以辨识,得到每一相的位置脉冲信号。利用位置脉冲信号下跳沿算出转子位置角,实现无位置传感器运行。考虑到因关断角的改变引起转子位置分区不同的情况,文中针对每种不同情况进行分析并根据各相电感逻辑关系与转子位置区间的对应关系将这两种情况整合成一种统一算法。该方法无需开关磁阻电机电磁特性数据,不需要复杂运算,实时性好且易于实现。仿真分析和实验结果表明,该方法能够实现准确的位置估计和无位置传感器运行。
