铁氧体同轴传输线脉冲锐化特性的研究

     

摘要

Using simulation software COMSOL to model and simulate ferrite-filled coaxial transmission line. It has significantly compressed the rise time of a high voltage pulse. The paper studied the amplitude of input voltage pulse for ferrite-filled transmission line;the increased amplitude of the input pulse voltage can reduce the rise time of output pulse effectively, making the pulse sharpening effect more obviously. Meanwhile, comparing the different radius of ferrite transmission line. The paper picked up the least amplitude of the input voltage that can play a pulse sharpening effect for the transmission line, and found the thicker transmission lines needed greater voltage to achieve pulse sharpening effect.%使用仿真软件 COMSOL 对填充了铁氧体的同轴传输线进行建模仿真,实现了对高电压脉冲前沿上升时间的压缩。对铁氧体传输线的输入脉冲电压幅值进行研究,输入脉冲电压幅值的增加可以有效地减少输出脉冲上升时间,使脉冲锐化效果愈加明显。同时,对比不同半径的铁氧体传输线,扫描出能使传输线锐化脉冲的最低输入电压幅值,并发现较粗的传输线需要更大的脉冲电压来实现锐化效果。
