考虑充电需求与随机事件的光伏充电站实时运行策略

     

摘要

PV-based EV charging station is an effective system to integrate the PV generation system into the charging facility. It would effectively reduce indirect carbon emission and the impacts on the grid network. In this paper, a real-time operation strategy is proposed for the PV-based EV charging station. EVs are classified into two categories: the rigid EVs and the flexible EVs, following three principles of adapting to charging demand, maximizing the self-consumption of PV energy and reducing the impacts on the power grid. It consists of four main parts, that is, EV classification, the feasible charging rate, the mechanism of dynamical event triggering and the algorithm of real-time power allocation for EVs. Furthermore, in order to avoid the defect introduced by forecasting algorithm, non-forecasting strategy is adopted. The simulation results have shown that the proposed strategy can make full use of PV system. The strategy will promote the application of PV-based EV charging station.%电动汽车光伏充电站是将充电设施与光伏发电系统进行结合的有效形式,能有效地减少电动汽车的间接碳排放,降低充电行为对配电网的影响。针对电动汽车光伏充电站,提出了一种实时运行策略。该策略将电动汽车按充电行为分为刚性充电和柔性充电两类,以满足电动汽车充电需求、提高光伏就地消纳和降低充电行为对配电网的影响为原则。该策略包含4个部分:电动汽车交互分类,电动汽车充电可行域,动态事件触发机制和电动汽车实时功率分配算法。此外,该策略是基于非预测机制,避免了因预测算法精度问题而引入的不确定误差。通过仿真实验结果综合分析可知,该策略能有效发挥光伏充电站的优势并且实现预期目标,对于光伏充电站的推广具有一定的价值和意义。
