差接三角形12脉自耦变压整流器调压技术

     

摘要

This paper studied on voltage regulation technology of 12-pulse auto-transformer rectifier unit (ATRU), and presented a delta-connected structure that achieved a wide range of ATRU output voltage. By using middle taps in primary winding and setting the number of winding precisely, auto-transformer outputs two groups of three-phase voltage vector with 30° phase difference. These two three-phase voltages converted into DC voltage through two rectifier bridges. ATRU output voltage could be regulated by changing the number and configuration of auto-transformer winding. In this paper, the turn ratio of winding was deduced and expressed by voltage ratio of auto-transformer. Further, the expressions of input current, auto-transformer kilovoltampere rating were calculated and validated by simulations. The changes of kilovolt ampere rating with different voltage ratios are analyzed. The experiment of a principle prototype was carried out to verify the correctness of the design analysis.%针对多脉冲自耦变压整流器(ATRU)的调压技术进行研究,提出一种可调压的差接三角形拓扑结构,实现了宽范围电压输出.该结构自耦变压器一次侧中间抽头,合理设置一次侧三段式绕组匝数与二次绕组匝数比例以构成两组相位差为30°的三相输出电压相量,经两组整流桥后得到多脉冲输出直流.通过改变变压器绕组匝数关系可以达到调节输出电压的目的.以自耦变压器输入输出电压比为变量推导绕组匝比关系,并依此对输入电流和自耦变压器等效容量的计算进行进一步的推导和仿真证明,分析在不同电压比下的自耦变压器等效容量变化.最后通过制作一台原理样机进行实验,验证了设计分析的正确性.
