六相圆筒式直线感应电机磁路计算及饱和特性分析

     

摘要

基于磁动势理论,给出了一种优化改进后的直线感应电机分布磁路计算方法,并将该方法应用于六相圆筒式直线感应电机.分析了该电机纵向边端铁心对磁通密度分布的影响,在此基础上给出了电机磁路分析模型,推导了磁路方程,给出了气隙磁通密度矩阵表达式和详细的求解过程.利用该方法可以简便快捷地计算出电机各部分磁通密度分布以及气隙饱和系数,计算精度与有限元数值计算相当.另外,基于气隙饱和系数,结合电机饱和电路模型,推导了初级电流与气隙饱和系数之间的关系.通过样机推力试验验证了上述计算方法的准确性.%This paper presents a research on magnetic circuit calculation and saturation characteristics analysis of the six phase cylindrical linear induction motor. The influence of the longitudinal end core on the magnetic density distribution is analyzed. Based on the magnetic circuit analysis model, the magnetic circuit equations were induced, the air gap flux density matrix expression and solution process was introduced in detail. By this linear induction motor distributed magnetic circuit method, the saturation coefficient and the magnetic density of each part of the motor can be calculated, and it almost has the same accuracy with finite element method. Additionally, based on the saturation coefficient, combing with the saturation circuit model, the relationship between winding current and saturation coefficient is induced. The correctness of the above calculation method is verified by thrust test of prototype machine.
