提出一种零输入电流纹波高增益DC-DC变换器.该变换器有两个耦合电感:一个耦合电感与电感电容组合再并入输入侧,消除了输入电流纹波,且零纹波条件与占空比无关;另外一个耦合电感实现了拓扑的高增益功能,在其二次侧加入倍压电路,电压增益得到进一步增大,由于漏感的作用,二极管的反向恢复损耗几乎为零,进而可提高变换器效率.该变换器的两个有源开关互补导通,在实现零电压开通的同时,降低了谐振产生的电压尖峰,可选择低耐压开关管来提高变换器效率.最后通过一台250W的实验样机来验证该变换器的零输入电流特性和高增益高效率特性.%A high step-up DC-DC converter with zero input current ripple is proposed in this paper. The converter has two coupled inductors. One is combined with an inductor and a capacitor, and then paralleled with the input side, which can eliminate the input current ripple while the zero ripple condition is independent of duty ratio. The other realizes the function of high step-up, and improves the voltage gain by voltage doubling circuit combining to the secondary winding; due to the leakage inductance of this coupled inductor, the diode reverse recovery loss is almost zero, and the efficiency of the converter is improved. Two active switches of the converter conduct complementarily to realize zero-voltage-switching turn-on operation and reduce the switch turn-off voltage spikes. The efficiency of the converter can be further improved by choosing low-voltage rated switches. Finally, a 250W prototype is built to verify the zero input current ripple of the converter and high step-up high efficiency.
