非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值评价模型与实证分析--以皖南地区为例

摘要

Establishing a scientific and systematic evaluation index system to research intangible cultural heritages' tourism de-velopment values is beneficial to promote intangible heritages' protection,inheritance and has a positive interaction with tourism de-velopment.Taking south Anhui as a case study,a tourism value evaluation index system from four dimensions of values of heritage tourism resources,status of heritage development,conditions and potentials of heritage tourism development is built.The tourism de-velopment values are evaluated quantitatively by a Rosenberg-Philippines digital model and its characteristics are analyzed prelimi-narily.The intangible cultural heritages are found to have a low tourism development value as a whole,but most of its resources are second level tourism resources and development potentials are promising.Also,traditional manual skills and traditional performances are found to be of vast prospects for further developing.Combining the features and regional distribution of heritage resources,some proposals are put forward to promote future tourism development and protect intangible cultural heritages in south Anhui.%通过建立科学系统评价体系，对非物质文化遗产的旅游开发价值研究，可促进非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和旅游开发的良性互动。以安徽皖南地区为案例地，从遗产资源价值、发展现状、旅游开发条件、旅游吸引力4个维度构建非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值评价指标体系，通过罗森伯格—菲什拜因数字模型定量评价皖南地区非物质文化遗产的旅游开发价值，并对皖南地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值特征进行初步分析。结果表明：从总体来看，皖南地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值整体不高，但大部分非物质文化遗产属于第二等级资源旅游，开发潜力相对较大；从类别来看，传统手工技艺类旅游开发前景好，而传统表演类旅游开发潜力巨大。结合遗产资源自身特征及区域非物质文化遗产分布现状，提出未来皖南地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发与保护传承的合理建议。
