某海底单层保温管道腐蚀原因分析

摘要

The Subsea Single Insulated Pipeline has the advantages of less steel and faster installation than Pipe-in-pipe. In recent years, it is used in some offshore oil development project in China. One subsea single insulated pipeline was corroded seriously after put into operation and unable to continue safe opration. The severely corroded pipe was repaired, replaced and corrosion analysis. The results of analysis have great significance for design and integrity management of similar pipeline.%海底单层保温管道比双层海管具有节省钢材、施工速度较快的优点，近年来在国内的海底管道中有着一定的应用。某海底单层保温管道在投入运行后，发现腐蚀较为严重，无法继续安全运行，因此对腐蚀严重的管段进行了维修更换，同时对打捞上来的管段进行了腐蚀原因分析，分析结果对以后同类管道的设计与完整性管理具有重要的指导意义。
