based on galvanized iron sheet and aluminum heat preservation protective layer of leather material in the chlor-alkali industry corrosion environment when using the analysis of the corrosion problems, put forward using epoxy glass ifber reinforced plastic material as pipe heat preservation protective layer, and summarizes the operation steps and requirements in the use process.%通过对镀锌铁皮及铝皮保温防护层材料在氯碱工业腐蚀环境中使用时存在的腐蚀问题的分析，提出了采用环氧玻璃钢材料作为管道保温的防护层，并总结了在使用过程中的操作步骤及要求。
