那曲县罗玛镇牧民专业合作组织与多种经营探析

In recent years ,Nakchu County has been deepening reform efforts in pastoral areas by develo-ing the nomads specialized cooperative organizations ,by improving the degree of organized farmers and erdsmen into the market ,by promoting the structural adjustment of agriculture and animal husbandry ,its agriculture and animal husbandry economic benefits continue to improve , the income of farmers and erdsmen has achieved a steady growth .The fieldwork research in Lhoma Town on specialized coopera-ive organizations and diversified economy shows that although there has been gratifying progress ,but it till needs to overcome the difficulties and challenges of small scale development ,low economic efficien-y,and un-standardized management .%近年来，那曲县不断深化牧区改革力度，大力发展牧民专业合作组织，提高了农牧民入市场的组织化程度，促进了农牧业结构调整，使那曲县的农牧业经济效益不断提高，农牧收入稳步增长。在罗玛镇的实地田野调查显示，牧民专业合作组织与多种经营虽取得了可的进展，但仍需要克服发展规模小、经济效益低、经营管理不规范的困境和挑战。
