采油平台6.3,kV电机增加直启和软停功能的研究

摘要

LD10-1CEP采油平台中4台6.3,kV 注水泵采用Allen-Bradley 公司的软启动器实现电机的软启动。由于油矿生产的特殊性，需要软启动器在故障的情况下也要具备启机条件，即直接启动，同时需要有效使用软启动器的软停功能。因此，对中压6.3,kV电机增加直启和软停功能进行了研究，从而保证特殊生产工艺条件下，各配电设备的稳定运行，减少了电机的机械损伤，降低了对电网的冲击。%In LD 10-1CEP offshore oil production platform,four 6.3,kV injection pumps adopted the soft starter produced by Allen-Bradley and realized soft start of motor.On account of the particularity of oil production,the motor also needs to meet the start-up requirement in case of soft starter failure,namely direct start.At the same time,soft stop function of the soft starter should also be effectively used.This paper deeply studies the adding of new functions of direct start and soft stop to the medium voltage 6.3,kV motor to ensure the stable operation of power distribution equipment,reduce mechanical damage of the motor,and reduce the impact to the grid under the condition of special production processes.
