国际科技合作新趋势对我国科技发展的挑战

摘要

随着全球化的逐渐深入，国际科技合作也日益显现出诸多新的趋势，这些趋势的不断出现为我国科技发展带来了更多挑战。阐述了我国国际科技合作目前存在的一些问题，并且对国际科技合作的新趋势进行了分析，总结了国际科技合作新趋势下我国科技发展面临的挑战，最后提出了新趋势下我国科技的发展策略，主要从加强国家安全，调整政府的作用，加强知识产权建设，深化体制改革和推进体制创新等方面分析了应对新趋势挑战的对策，希望能对我国科技的发展与创新提供一些有价值的参考。%Along with the deepening of globalization,international cooperation in science and technology is facingmore challenges.This paper elaborates some problems of the international cooperation of science and technology in China.The new trend of international cooperation in science and technology was analyzed,challenges to the development of science and technology in China in the new trend of international cooperation were summarized,and development strategies of science and technology of China under the new trend were elaborated.It advocates that we should enhance the construction on state security,adjust the role of government,enhance the construction of intellectual property and reform our scientific and technological system.It is hoped this article mayprovide some valuable reference to the development and innovation of science and technology of the nation.
