含铊地表水样品采集和保存方法研究

             

摘要

利用国标方法《电感耦合等离子发射质谱法》(GB/T 5750.6—2006),针对黄河水和金水河水为基体的人工合成水样中的金属铊的保存条件,在是否沉降、容器材质、固定剂选择、保存时间、保存温度、是否过滤等6个因素下进行单因子影响的定量分析实验。实验表明,在地表水铊的保存过程中,水样无须沉降;水样需使用专门用于重金属分析的PTE采样瓶保存;水样可加入2% HNO3作为固定剂;水样可室温放置存放1~2周;如水样有悬浮物,需进行过滤后上机测试。%With the use of national standard of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) (GB/T 5750. 6-2006), quantitative analysis of mono factorial impact was condunted on the conservation conditions of thallium in synthetic water samples based on the water in Yellow River and Jinshui River, such as settlement or not, container materials, fixative, preservation time, preservation temperature, and filtration or not,. The experiments showed that in the conservation process of thallium-contained surface water, water samples did not need to settle; water samples needed to be conserved with PET sampling bottle, which was specially used in metal analysis;2% HNO3 could be added into water samples as fixative;water samples could be conserved at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks;water samples needed to be filtered before computer operation experiment if they contained suspended matters.
