Printing and dyeing wastewater is the main pollution source in the printing and dyeing industry , and has complex components and characteristics of large quantity of wastewater , difficult degradation , high chroma and strong toxicity .This paper analyzes the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater , summarizes the pros and cons of current treatments .Combined with the application of the actual cases , this paper argues that biochemical and physical -chemical combined treatment can be comprehensive utilization methods of their processing advantages and make up for the deficiencies of each process , wastewater COD and chroma removal rate of over 90%.This paper puts forward suggestions on the treatment process of the wastewater based on practical working experience , and provides reference for the environmental impact assessment of construction projects and other environmental protect work in the printing and dyeing industry .%印染废水组分复杂,具有水量大、降解难、色度高、毒性大等特点,是印染行业最主要的污染来源。通过分析印染废水污染特征,总结目前常用的物理法、化学法和生化法废水处理方法在实际应用中的优缺点。结合实际工作案例的应用情况,提出采用生化+物化联合处理法可以综合利用各自方法的处理优势,弥补各自工艺的不足,废水中COD、色度的去除率在90%以上。为此,对印染废水处理工艺提出优化建议,为印染行业建设项目环评及其他环保工作提供参考。
